Using this site

By using bluecatmedia.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Blue Cat Media is based in Central Florida, USA.

Our work

All work shown on this site belongs to Blue Cat Media or our clients and is shown with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or resell it without written approval.

Projects

Each project is covered by its own proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timeline, price and ownership. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Invoices and payment

We send invoices through QuickBooks. Payment terms, deposits and due dates are listed on each proposal and invoice. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.

Client portal

If you have a portal account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect loss that comes from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
