Blue Cat Media is a creative studio based in Central Florida. We make design, branding, animation, motion graphics, video and websites. This policy explains what information we collect through bluecatmedia.co and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: name, email, phone, company, budget, timeline and project notes.
• Your email address if you join our mailing list.
• Account details if you sign in to our client portal.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
• Billing details needed to invoice you, such as your name, company and billing address.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and plan your project.
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To send invoices and keep financial records.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

We count page visits with our own simple tool that records the page, the site that sent you, your device type and a random ID saved in your browser, with no cookies, names or IP addresses.

We also use Google Analytics on public pages to understand traffic. It may use cookies; we do not track portal, sign-in, quote or agreement pages with it.

Services we rely on

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email delivery service, scheduling tool, analytics provider and QuickBooks, which we use to send invoices and accept payments. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to work with you and meet tax and legal requirements. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jim@bluecatmedia.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
